Invest4U Solutions is looking for a Client Relationship Executive to communicate with prospective and existing clients, understand their requirements, explain suitable financial solutions, and assist clients throughout their decision-making process.
The role combines client relationship management, lead follow-up, customer service, and business development. The Executive will be responsible for communicating with leads, building client relationships, following up on enquiries, and handling suitable cases independently, with support from Financial Advisors whenever required.
The position is primarily office-based, with occasional local travel for client meetings, document collection, or customer support.

Roles & Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
* Understand the client's requirements, financial goals, and areas of interest.
* Explain relevant investment, insurance, and financial solutions based on the client's requirements.
* Follow up regularly with interested prospects and existing clients.
* Build trust and maintain professional, long-term client relationships.
* Handle client enquiries and assist suitable prospects through the decision-making process.
* Independently handle and close suitable client enquiries wherever possible, with support from Financial Advisors when required.
* Coordinate with Financial Advisors for cases requiring specialized financial advice or additional assistance.
* Schedule consultations and appointments with Financial Advisors when necessary.
* Follow up on proposals, applications, documentation, KYC, renewals, and other pending requirements.
