Position Overview

As a Sales Engineer you will play a critical role in driving business growth by promoting and specifying our premium roofing and faade products within the construction and infrastructure sector. The role focuses on architects, consultants, contractors, and developers, ensuring our products are specified in tenders and projects across India.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth understanding of company products and solutions
- Meet architects, consultants, and engineers to get products specified in tenders and projects
- Build and maintain solid relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and builders
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth
- Prepare sales proposals, techno-commercial offers, and price quotations in coordination with senior management
- Handle negotiations and close deals effectively
- Develop, optimize, and implement structured sales processes to improve efficiency and results
- Track market trends,



competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities
- Willingness to travel and work on a PAN-India basis

Education & Experience
- Engineer (Civil / Mechanical) preferred
- Candidates with 5 8 years relevant industry experience in PEB, Roofing and steel industries dealing in construction materials, roofing, faade systems, or allied fields may also apply

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of engineering-driven construction products
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, especially with architects, consultants, and engineers
- Proven ability in specification sales
- Skilled in proposal drafting, negotiations, and deal closure
- Ability to develop customized sales strategies based on project and market needs
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
