Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru – Work from Office
Position: Management Trainee – US IT Recruitment
Experience: 0–1 Year / Freshers
Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Joining: Immediate Joiners | Within 1 Week
CTC: ₹2.53 LPA + ₹1 Lakh Annual Performance Bonus + Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media & referrals
- Screen and communicate with candidates
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Learn US recruitment processes and hiring practices




- Develop professional communication and stakeholder management skills
