Education :- MBA/PGDM - HR or equivalent
Experience :- 4-10 Years
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Corporate and support functions including Finance, HR, Legal, Commercial, Procurement, IT, Strategy, etc.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements and drive timely closures.
• Build talent pipelines and market maps for critical and recurring roles through LinkedIn, referrals, agencies and other channels.
• Manage candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation and closure.
• Drive pre-joining engagement to improve offer-to-join conversion.
• Track hiring TAT, pipeline, offers and joining metrics and provide regular updates.
Support employer branding, talent intelligence and recruitment process improvement initiatives
