Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support integrations between Workday and internal/external applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations.

Work with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday Web Services.

Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON.

Integrate Workday with third-party systems and enterprise applications.

Troubleshoot integration failures and production issues.

Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements.

Support integration testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.

Follow Workday security and integration best practices.

Required Skills





1+ years of experience in Workday Integration.

Strong hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.

Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Finance integrations.

Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP web services.

Good understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, and data transformation.

Experience in integration troubleshooting and production support.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Workday Integration certification.

Experience integrating Workday with HR, payroll, finance, or other enterprise systems.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
