Key Responsibilities.

· Assist in planning, designing, and supervising civil construction and maintenance works within the club.

· Monitor construction activities, repairs, and renovation projects for club buildings and facilities.

· Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure such as pathways, parking areas, drainage systems, sports courts, and swimming pools.

· Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project reports for maintenance or new works.

· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of projects.

· Maintain records of drawings, project documents, and maintenance schedules.

· Assist in budget planning and cost control for civil works.

· Monitor material usage and verify work measurements and contractor bills.

· Support emergency repairs and structural assessments when needed.

Experience & Qualification

· 5 to 10 years of experience in construction, building maintenance,



or facility management.

· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

· Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management practices.
