We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Senior Admission Counselor (IC) to independently manage the admissions process, counsel prospective parents, and consistently achieve enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete admission cycle from lead allocation to student enrollment.
- Counsel prospective parents and students regarding Dreamtime Learnings online academic programs.
- Understand student learning needs and recommend suitable academic solutions.
- Conduct admission counseling through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.




- Build strong relationships with prospective families to maximize admission conversions.
- Handle parent queries and objections professionally throughout the admission process.
- Follow up regularly with leads to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with Academic, Operations, and Finance teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Ensure timely collection of admission documents and fee payments.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM on a daily basis.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
- Stay updated on curriculum, fee structure, admission policies, and school offerings.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the admission journey.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Minimum 30-40 connected counseling calls per day.
- Minimum 10 student admissions every month.
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain high lead-to-admission conversion ratios.
