Job Title - Manager - International Business (Exports)

Location: Kolkata/Delhi

Reporting: Founder & CEO

Markets: APAC & Africa

Role Objectives
The Manager - International Business (Exports) will be responsible for driving international business growth across APAC and Africa by developing export markets, appointing and managing distributors, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue and profitability objectives. The role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build sustainable partnerships and support the organization's international expansion agenda.

Role Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute export business plans, budgets, forecasts, and growth initiatives in alignment with the organization's international expansion strategy.
2. Conduct market mapping and identify priority nations, distributor opportunities, channel structures, competition, pricing benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
3. Drive topline and profitability targets for the international business by achieving agreed sales volumes, revenue,



and market share goals.
4. Identify, appoint, develop, and manage distributors, importers, retail partners, and key accounts while expanding distribution reach, retail visibility, and market penetration across assigned territories.
5. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective distributors, importers, and strategic partners through market research, trade exhibitions, referrals, chambers of commerce, embassies, trade associations, and other networking platforms.
6. Conduct regular business reviews with partners, monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve annual business targets.
7. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, margins, trade schemes, and promotional activities while maintaining profitability and brand positioning.
