We are looking for a skilled Shift Incharge to join our team in the Carbon Black department. The ideal candidate should have between 6 and 10 years of experience in a similar role within a carbon black manufacturing company.
Roles and Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations to ensure productive production and meet quality standards.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
- Monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role within a carbon black manufacturing company.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of carbon black production processes and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
