Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager at Salesable, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and surpassing sales targets. Reporting to the Vertical Head, your responsibilities will include leading and formulating strategic business plans and expanding our customer base to solidify our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Sales Management: Efficiently lead the sales team to achieve growth and meet sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, enduring customer relationships by understanding and addressing their needs. Increase sales from existing accounts.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports, accompanied by realistic forecasts, to the management team.
- Market Awareness: Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying abreast of new products and competition status. Demonstrate expertise in lead generation and data research services.
- Domain Knowledge:



Possess domain knowledge in at least one of the following sectors: Financial Services, Education, Health Wellness, Exhibitions and Events business, IT/E-commerce/SAS.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust business acumen and industry expertise.
- Proven track record in target-driven profiles.
- B2B sales experience.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Demonstrated ability to network with CEOs and other CXO-level professionals.

- Background in solutions selling and consultative sales.
