We are a growing game development company looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to help us bring new game development and outsourcing projects to our company.

Job Responsibilities
- Find and research potential clients who need game development or outsourcing services.
- Identify game studios, publishers, startups, and businesses that may require game development services.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, Discord, Reddit, gaming communities, industry networks, and other platforms.
- Contact potential clients and introduce our company's services.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them to our internal team.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain an organized pipeline.
- Assist with proposals, quotations,



and negotiations.
- Work toward bringing new game-development projects to the company.
- Maintain records of leads, conversations, meetings, and opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on business-development activities.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in the gaming industry.
- Good research and lead-generation skills.
- Confidence communicating with clients through email, LinkedIn, Discord, and other platforms.
- Positive negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, IT services, software outsourcing, or game development is a plus.
