As we expand our presence across Bengaluru, we are looking for a Commercial Area Manager to take responsibility for business activities and market development within assigned areas.

About the Role

The Commercial Area Manager will be responsible for managing and developing business opportunities within assigned areas of Bengaluru.

The role involves market development, property identification, client acquisition,



relationship management, sales coordination, and area-level business growth.

This is a hands-on role suitable for freshers with an MBA/strong business interest as well as experienced candidates looking to build a career in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop commercial real estate business within assigned areas.
- Identify potential properties, clients, investors, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, businesses, investors, and clients.
- Conduct local market research and understand property demand, pricing, competition, and opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on leads to develop new business.
- Coordinate property visits, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Work closely with the sales and management teams to achieve area-wise business objectives.
