Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves handling customer interactions, understanding their requirements, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and provide professional and courteous assistance.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow defined processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Accurately record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Escalate unresolved or complex customer issues to the appropriate team.




- Meet assigned performance, productivity, quality, and attendance targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Participate actively in training and process updates.
- Work effectively in a rotational shift workplace, including night shifts where applicable.

Candidate Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Customer-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple systems.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
