Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Salary: Up to 30,000 NTH + Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain good relationship with BGV clients and generate business.
- Manage key client accounts and maintain robust relationships.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct virtual and face-to-face client meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for client retention and business growth.
Eligibility:
- Graduate
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Acquisition, Business Development, or Client Servicing.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
