Senior Consultant – Market Access (US)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Consultant
to join our dynamic
Value and Access team
, focusing on
US market access strategies
for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the life sciences industry, with a strong understanding of
payer dynamics, pricing strategies, reimbursement landscapes
, and
evidence requirements
across major healthcare systems.

leading project workstreams
, developing
client relationships
, and delivering
strategic insights
that shape access, pricing, and launch readiness for creative therapies.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership And Client Management
- Lead and manage key workstreams within consulting projects, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.




- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients as a primary point of contact.

Market Access Strategy
- Develop and present strategic recommendations on:
- US market access strategy
- Pricing and reimbursement approaches
- Value proposition development
- Payer engagement and negotiation tactics
- Launch readiness planning

US Market Access Expertise
- Map payer decision pathways across commercial payers, PBMs, Medicare Part B/D, Medicaid (state-level), specialty pharmacies, and IDNs.
- Assess formulary access levers (tiering, PA/step edits, carve-outs, utilization management).
- Produce payer segmentation and prioritize target payers by likelihood-to-cover and commercial impact.
- Interpret payer primary research outputs (if available) or third-party interviews to generate payer messaging, value drivers, and evidence sequencing.

Pricing And Reimbursement
- Support US pricing inputs: list price considerations
