Job Description
- Work closely with senior managers and product owners to understand business requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Participate in the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using relevant front-end and back-end technologies.
- Guide and mentor developers, support code reviews, and assist with technical decisions and task prioritization.
- Remain hands-on with development and contribute to coding and troubleshooting whenever required.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to support CI/CD and smooth software delivery.
- Support database development, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across the application and provide support for production issues when required.
- Maintain technical documentation related to applications, APIs, and development processes.




- Keep up to date with new technologies and suggest improvements that can help enhance team productivity and application scalability.
- 12+ years of experience in software development with strong experience in Full Stack Development.
Job Specification
- Robust hands-on experience with back-end technologies such as .NET, Python, Java, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, Web APIs, and application architecture.
- Strong understanding of relational databases with the ability to optimize queries and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with Git and exposure to Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and AI integration in software applications is an added advantage.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, or managing a team while remaining hands-on technically.
