Customer Relationship Manager – Plastic Moulding Industry

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Experience: 5–6 Years (Mandatory)
Industry: Plastic Moulding / Plastic Manufacturing (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager with strong experience in the Plastic Moulding / Plastic Manufacturing Industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer requirements, queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Production, Sales, Dispatch, Quality, and other departments.
- Follow up on customer orders, production status, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of customer issues.




- Maintain regular communication with key customers and identify opportunities to strengthen business relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer commitments and delivery timelines are met.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to management.
- Maintain customer records, order details, follow-up reports, and relevant documentation.
- Support customer retention and build long-term business relationships.
- Prepare regular MIS/reports related to customer orders, complaints, and follow-ups.

Requirements
- 5–6 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
- Plastic Moulding / Plastic Manufacturing Industry experience is mandatory.
- Robust experience in customer relationship management and client handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience coordinating with Production, Sales, Quality, Dispatch, and other departments.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Offic
