Roles & Responsibilities ServiceNow Developer

Job Location - Remote

2 PM TO 11 PM shift
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Define technical architecture and align solutions with enterprise architecture standards.
- Conduct architecture workshops and technical design sessions with stakeholders.
- Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
- Establish and follow ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices.
- Promote out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities and minimize unnecessary customizations.
- Perform architecture reviews and code quality assessments.
- Support platform upgrades and release management.
- Lead implementation across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, Now Assist, and Agentic AI.
- Develop workflow and process automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Configure and support Service Portal, Employee Center, UI Builder, and Workspaces.




- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, MID Server, JDBC, LDAP, and SSO.
- Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Review solutions for security, compliance, performance, and scalability requirements.
- Support ServiceNow development lifecycle, release processes, and audit requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor developers and technical consultants.
- Participate in effort estimation, solution planning, project governance, and architecture reviews.
- Support presales activities and technical solution proposals.
