Job Title: Planning Engineer/ Project Engineer

Location: Chennai

Qualification: M.Tech / M.E Construction Engineer & Management/ Project Management/ Construction Technology & Management

Experience: Fresher to 1 year

Job Description:
- Prepare baseline project schedules with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Develop resource plans and project cash flows
- Monitor project progress, delays, and issues
- Coordinate with clients, internal departments, contractors, suppliers, and labor teams
- Prepare daily progress reports, weekly schedules, and monthly project reports
- Maintain project control documentation (RFIs, submittals, issue registers, procurement plans, etc.)
- Review project progress with Project Management team and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure planning and documentation follow project coordination procedures

Skills Required:
- Microsoft Project (MSP) / Primavera P6

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
