Position: HR Manager

Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive working setting, address grievances, and proactively manage any conflict situations.
- Training Development: Identify training needs, design and oversee training programs, and facilitate professional development.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters or HR certifications would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional HR experience in Healthcare Sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
