JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Good Coordination skills interacting with different teams in the organisation.

Should have good understanding of processes- procurement, maintenance of stock, movement of materials, delivery, returns.

Vendor Coordination / Management

Experience in Contracts Management / Customer Database

Coordination with all stakeholders for all processes (procurement, billing, Contracts, Letter of Confirmations, customers) activities

management reporting is important-status update to the reporting manager

book keeping – material movement registers, stock register, material register etc

Experience in handling procurement process (end-to-end) including maintaining the details up to date.

Have to call vendors, distributors and customers regarding issues or feedback collection.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s Degree in business administration/diploma in logistics/operations.

· Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience, ideally operations/ logistics.

· Valuable coordination skills





· Excellent Communication skills

· Good organization skills

· Good reporting skills

· Good in MS OFFICE

· Good attitude
