- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth functioning of the assigned floor.
- Coordinate with nursing, housekeeping, front office, and other departments.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of patient areas.
- Monitor patient admission, discharge, shifting, and related floor activities.
- Ensure beds, rooms, equipment, and required facilities are ready before patient admission.
- Address patient and attendant concerns professionally and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and work performance.
- Ensure proper handover and takeover between shifts.
- Maintain required floor-level records, registers, and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments regarding patient requirements.
- Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, safety protocols, and service standards.




- Report operational issues and incidents to the management/concerned department.
- Support management in maintaining a positive patient experience.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital/healthcare industry.
- Graduate/Diploma in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or a related field will be preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team-handling and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of hospital operations and patient care processes.
- Ability to handle patient/attendant concerns professionally.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
