Marketing Manager – Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Manager

Reports To: Head of Marketing / Marketing Director

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Plan and manage digital marketing activities across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends and competitor activities.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and online brand reputation.
- Create and oversee marketing content, including website content, blogs, advertisements, brochures, and campaigns.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports using relevant KPIs.
- Work closely with sales, product, design,
and other teams to achieve business objectives.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners when required.
- Organize promotional activities, events, webinars, and other brand-building initiatives.
- Identify current marketing opportunities and recommend strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Creative thinking combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
