Role Summary: The Senior Business Analyst will lead complex requirement initiatives, solution definition, and cross-functional coordination across our entire product portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor to wide-ranging business stakeholders, expected to challenge ambiguous requirements and influence solution decisions that align with our engineering ecosystem. You will standardize BA processes across projects and ensure successful delivery across multiple concurrent product lines.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder requirement-gathering initiatives for diverse enterprise applications.
- Actively challenge ambiguous, conflicting, or technically infeasible requirements, guiding clients toward solutions that fit within our technical capabilities.
- Work closely with Architects and Technical Leads to evaluate solution options across different architectures (e.g., assessing the impact of a feature on both a Next.js web app and a React Native mobile app).
- Standardize BA templates, requirement traceability matrices,



and Agile workflows across the organization.
- Manage requirement changes and scope creep across multiple project lifecycles.
- Lead client discussions for complex functional issues and manage senior stakeholder expectations during UAT and release phases.
- Mentor junior and mid-level Business Analysts in cross-domain analysis.

- Advanced Domain Analysis: Ability to decompose complex enterprise systems into logical, actionable domain models.
- Solution Design Collaboration: Deep technical intuition; you do not need to code, but you must confidently discuss data flow, API contracts, authorization rules, and asynchronous processes with architects.
- Stakeholder Management: Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills with senior client leadership.
- Delivery Leadership: Extensive experience managing UAT, Agile delivery, and release planning for large-scale applications.
