AMPEIQ is an emerging EV Charge Point Operator (CPO) focused on developing and operating reliable EV charging infrastructure across India. We work with commercial properties, fuel stations, hotels, fleet operators, institutions, highway locations, real-estate developers, and other businesses to expand accessible EV charging networks.

We are looking for an energetic and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, manage leads, coordinate customer requirements, and contribute to the expansion of AMPEIQ's EV charging network.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales and business development team on daily sales activities.
- Manage incoming enquiries and leads from digital marketing campaigns, referrals, website enquiries, and other channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their EV charging requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers,



site owners, investors, and business partners.
- Coordinate meetings between customers, sales engineers, technical teams, and management.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, presentations, and basic sales documentation.
- Maintain and regularly update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Track the complete sales pipeline from initial enquiry to conversion.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, agreements, purchase orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and feasibility assessments.
- Assist customers in understanding AMPEIQ's EV charging solutions, charging station business models, and CPO services.
- Coordinate with charger manufacturers, vendors, installation teams, and other stakeholders when required.
- Maintain records of daily calls, meetings, follow-ups, conversions, and pending opportunities.
