Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Pune City, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding Terminal’s presence in key markets. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare proposals and presentations, lead negotiations,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, attending client meetings (in-person and virtual), and providing regular reports and insights to leadership. The role also involves working closely with operations and technical teams to address client needs and support long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within technology or corporate services.
- Solid skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis and translate insights into practical business strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic data analysis for tracking and reporting.
