Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and working professionals about our courses, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable programs, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Explain course details, curriculum, duration, benefits, and placement support.
- Conduct effective counselling sessions and provide suitable course recommendations.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain proper follow-up records.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions while achieving assigned monthly targets.
- Maintain solid relationships with students throughout the admission process.




- Coordinate with the academic and placement teams whenever required.
- Update lead and admission details in CRM/Google Sheets or other reporting systems.
- Follow up with pending prospects and ensure timely closure of admissions.
- Participate in counselling campaigns, seminars, workshops, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports regarding enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
- Achieve individual and team sales/admission targets.
