Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Develop and execute the social media strategy for Jarma Wellness.
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Develop engaging content around:
- Children's health
- Vision and eye health
- Mental health and emotional well-being
- School wellness
- Nutrition and lifestyle
- Parenting
- Preventive healthcare
- Health awareness campaigns
- Jarma Wellness programs and initiatives
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement and audience sentiment.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, algorithms and emerging platforms.
2. Content Development
- Develop concepts and briefs for Reels, carousels, static posts, stories, blogs and videos.
- Write or oversee captions, scripts, hooks and social media copy.
- Convert medical/healthcare information into simple, engaging and parent-friendly communication.
- Work with doctors, psychologists, optometrists and healthcare professionals to develop expert-led content.
- Build a robust library of evergreen health and wellness content.
3. Video & Reels
- Develop a strong short-form video strategy for Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
- Identify trending formats that can be adapted appropriately for healthcare.
- Coordinate with videographers, editors and internal experts for video production.
- Develop scripts, hooks and storyboards for educational and promotional videos.
- Help build Jarma Wellness's expert-led video/podcast presence.
4. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for Jarma Wellness services.
- Generate leads from schools, corporates, parents and other target audiences.
- Work on Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant digital channels.
