2. About the Position
Vidyaranya is seeking a dynamic, creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Communications Executive to strengthen the organization’s digital presence, public communications, donor engagement and visibility.
The position will be responsible for developing and implementing digital communication strategies, managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, maintaining website content, promoting Vidyaranya’s programmes and projects, and supporting resource mobilization through effective digital outreach.
The candidate should be passionate about social impact and have strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, communication and basic analytics.
3. Key Responsibilities
A. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing and communications plan for Vidyaranya.
- Manage the organization’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish regular, engaging and skilled posts highlighting Vidyaranya’s programmes, projects, beneficiaries, events and achievements.
- Develop social media campaigns for fundraising, CSR engagement, volunteering, awareness and programme promotion.
- Increase followers, engagement, reach and overall digital visibility of the organization.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
- Prepare monthly social media calendars and ensure timely publication of content.

- Develop high-quality content for social media, website, newsletters, brochu
