As we have multiple openings ranging from Software Engineer to Architect, we are looking for candidates who:
- Have 4 to 19 years of experience
- Are willing to work as an Individual Contributor
- Are comfortable working from the office, 5 days a week
Work Experience
- Must have strong expertise in Core Java, including:
- Collections Framework
- Iterations
- Tree traversal algorithms
- Must have a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) concepts
- Expert-level programming experience in Java
- Experience in writing, optimizing, and maintaining Java-based algorithms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Hands-on experience with multi-threaded programming, inter-process communication (IPC), and debugging
- Positive knowledge and practical application of design patterns
- Experience with RMI Services, gRPC, and Protocol Buffers (Protobuf)
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and code analysis tools
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of Java 8+ features (Streams, Lambdas, Optional, etc.)
- Exposure to Spring Boot is an added advantage
