About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and target-driven
Convention Center Sales & Event Manager
to drive event bookings and manage events from the initial client inquiry through successful completion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating current business, developing client relationships, converting leads into bookings, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of weddings, corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, social functions, and other large-scale events.





Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

Generate current business and achieve monthly/quarterly event booking targets.

· Identify and develop relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding planners, agencies, institutions, and other potential customers.

· Respond to event inquiries, conduct venue tours, understand client requirements, and prepare proposals and quotations.

· Negotiate pricing, packages, terms, and contracts to maximize revenue while maintaining profitability.

· Follow up consistently with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

· Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate records of leads, prospects, bookings, and revenue.

· Develop repeat business and referral opportunities from existing clients.

· Promote the convention center for weddings, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, product launches, parties, and corporate events.
