Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP systems are designed and installed correctly.
- Conduct site visits to inspect MEP installations during construction phase to identify potential issues or defects.
- Develop detailed reports on project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
Job Requirements :
- 8-14 years of experience in MEP coordination or execution in the engineering & construction industry.
- Robust understanding of mechanical electrical plumbing (MEP) principles and practices.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
