About the Role
- We're looking for an AI Engineer who will own the intelligence behind our Voice AI agents by designing prompts, personas, evaluation systems, and safety guardrails that make conversations feel natural, reliable, and production-ready.
- This is a hybrid role combining Conversation Design, Prompt Engineering, AI Evaluation, and Python development.

Prompt Engineering
- Design and continuously improve system prompts, agent instructions, conversation flows, prompt templates, context management, and multi-turn conversation behavior.
- Create prompts that are reliable, natural, and optimized for voice conversations. Design and configure voice agents to ensure natural, reliable, and task-oriented conversations.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, or similar LLMs. Prompt engineering, system prompt design, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and context management.
- Robust understanding of natural conversations, dialogue design,



user intent, AI behavior, conversational tone, and voice-first communication.
- Experience with prompt evaluations, regression testing, conversation analysis, and experimentation.
- Comfortable writing Python for prompt experiments, evaluation pipelines, transcript analysis, AI tooling, and automation.
- Ability to identify hallucinations, instruction drift, incorrect tool usage, poor task completion, unsafe responses, and context loss.

Nice to Have
- Voice AI, IVR, multilingual AI, and regional language AI.
- RAG, pgvector, knowledge retrieval, and embeddings.
- UX writing, conversation design, linguistics, or customer experience background.
- Industry experience in healthcare, restaurants, logistics, e-commerce, real estate, or customer support.
