Role & responsibilities :-

Zonal Learning Planning & Execution
- Implement zonal sales training calendar based on national guidelines
- Identify local training needs and customize content to reflect regional priorities
- Coordinate with trainers and facilitators for timely and high-quality learning delivery in alignment with guidelines of the national Sales Academy

Training Facilitation & Oversight
- Monitor the facilitation of training sessions across formats: in-person, virtual, and on-the-job
- Ensure logistics, materials, and trainer resources are in place for each program
- Support trainers in driving learner engagement and knowledge retention

Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with Zonal Sales Head and Store Managers to ensure zonal sales learning priorities are met
- Partner with Section Head Learning (Sales) and Team Member(s) Learning (Sales) for smooth implementation of training programs
- Capture feedback from field teams to inform continuous improvements

Training Metrics & Impact Tracking
- Monitor attendance, feedback, and performance impact of training initiatives




- Track zone-level training KPIs and report on progress to Section Head - Learning (Sales) and Vertical Head - Learning
- Recommend changes to programs based on data insights and business feedback

Team Management & Coaching
- Supervise team members within the allocated zone.
- Support team capability development and performance enhancement
- Facilitate peer learning and sharing of best practices

What Were Looking For:
810 years of experience in Learning & Development
Strong exposure to CDIT / Retail Sales Training
Experience managing regional/zonal L&D; operations
Team handling experience (5–7 members)
Deep understanding of store operations & frontline challenges
8–10 years in L&D; (Retail/Sales training preferred)
Robust exposure to CDIT training & frontline sales capability building
