Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective parents through provided leads via phone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home tutoring solutions.
- Convert leads into customers through effective communication and relationship building.
- Assist parents throughout the tutor selection process.
- Coordinate demo classes and ensure smooth communication between parents and tutors.
- Provide continuous support to customers during the onboarding process.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow up with parents after tutor placement to collect feedback on tutor performance and overall service experience.
- Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
