We are looking for a proactive and organized Tour Operations Executive to manage and coordinate tour arrangements from booking confirmation through tour completion. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, hotels, transport providers, guides, and other travel partners to ensure smooth and hassle-free tour operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute domestic and international tour packages.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and tour-related documents.
- Coordinate hotel, transportation, sightseeing, activities, and other travel arrangements.
- Liaise with hotels, airlines, transport companies, guides, and destination partners.
- Confirm and monitor all bookings before the client's departure.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover and execution of confirmed bookings.
- Communicate with clients regarding itineraries, bookings, travel requirements, and updates.
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and operational issues efficiently.




- Provide on-trip support to clients and coordinate with local service providers when required.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, vouchers, and supplier details.
- Follow up with vendors and ensure services are delivered as promised.
- Monitor tour schedules and ensure timely execution of all arrangements.
- Collect client feedback and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve complaints.
- Maintain good relationships with hotels, transporters, guides, and other suppliers.
- Ensure operational costs remain within approved budgets.
- Stay updated on destinations, travel regulations, hotels, attractions, and current travel products.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in tour operations or travel industry preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of travel destinations and tourism services.
