We are looking for an energetic and high-conviction Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound prospecting, or sales development.
The primary focus of this role will be Lead Generation and Outbound Prospecting. You will be responsible for identifying potential international clients, conducting targeted outreach, qualifying prospects, and generating sales opportunities for our senior sales team.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify high-quality B2B prospects across the US, UK, Australia, and UAE.
- Build and maintain targeted lead databases of decision-makers such as Agency Owners, CMOs, Marketing Directors, and Business Owners.
- Execute outbound campaigns through cold email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound calls.
- Generate qualified sales meetings and opportunities for the senior sales team.
- Qualify prospects based on the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
2. Communication & Client Engagement
- Write personalized and professional cold emails, LinkedIn messages, InMails, and follow-ups.
- Conduct short qualification calls with international prospects.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with overseas clients.
- Maintain a robust and persuasive approach throughout the prospecting process.
3. CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate lead records, communication history, and follow-up activities in CRM software such as GoHighLevel.
- Set up and manage basic automated email sequences and follow-up reminders.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and minimize lead drop-offs.
- Keep the sales pipeline and lead database clean and up to date.
