RUTLIX is hiring on behalf of one of our clients for Customer Support Associates for an International Voice Process with British Telecom.

Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Both-Side Cab Facility Available

Process:
British Telecom International Voice Process

Salary:

Freshers: Rs. 20,000 In-Hand per Month
Experienced: Rs. 26,000 In-Hand per Month

Eligibility:

For Freshers:
- Graduate candidates only
- Must be a recent graduate
- Excellent spoken and written English communication is mandatory

For Experienced Candidates:
- Minimum 6 months to 1+ year of experience in an International BPO Voice Process
- Relevant international voice-process experience is mandatory
- Stable employment history with no significant gaps between jobs
- Excellent English communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries for the British Telecom process




- Provide qualified customer service over international voice calls
- Understand customer concerns and resolve queries efficiently
- Follow process guidelines and maintain required quality standards
- Achieve process KPIs and performance targets
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction

Important:

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

Freshers must be recent graduates.
Experienced candidates must have relevant International BPO Voice Process experience.
Candidates with significant gaps between previous employment may not be considered.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
