Role Description
The Business Partner role is a full-time hybrid position based in Pune City, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. In this role, the Business Partner will coordinate with UK-based consultants and practice managers to understand their operational needs, translate them into actionable plans,



and ensure timely delivery of services by internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, monitoring service performance, preparing reports and dashboards, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and value addition. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional departments, supporting non-clinical practice operations (such as administration, scheduling, billing support, documentation), and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
