Job Summary

Airsoft Gun India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to scale online sales and generate high-quality leads through paid digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads, with a strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Generate qualified leads and increase online sales.
- Improve ROAS and reduce CPA/CPL.
- Test different ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Track campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
- Coordinate with content and design teams for high-performing creatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.




- Monitor digital advertising trends and platform policy changes.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Robust hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of e-commerce and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
- E-commerce campaign experience.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or CRM.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is an advantage.
- Portfolio/case studies preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
