Role & responsibilities :
- SAP CS Module Configuration: Solid experience in SAP Customer Service (CS) configuration, including service orders, notifications, contracts, warranties, installed base/equipment, and related master data.
- End-to-End Implementation: Experience across the complete SAP CS implementation lifecycle requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Enhancements & Developments: Hands-on experience in identifying business requirements and delivering SAP CS enhancements, custom developments, integrations, reports, forms, and user exits/BAdIs.
- Integration: Working knowledge of SAP CS integration with SD, MM, FI/CO, and PM modules.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Ability to analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide sustainable solutions.
- Documentation & Testing: Experience preparing functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and supporting UAT.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant SAP CS experience, preferably with multiple implementation/support projects.
