About the Role

We are hiring a Chartered Accountant to lead Accounts Payable, Budgeting, and MIS functions at the corporate office. The role involves managing vendor payments, financial planning, MIS reporting, and ensuring robust financial controls across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
- Manage end-to-end AP and vendor payments
- Ensure invoice verification, accounting, and processing
- Monitor vendor ageing and outstanding liabilities
- Handle vendor reconciliation and queries
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and payment governance

Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Prepare and consolidate annual budgets
- Support AOP, business plans, and forecasts
- Perform budget vs actual variance analysis
- Identify cost optimization opportunities
- Track key financial metrics

MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports
- Analyze financial performance (plant/function-wise)
- Develop dashboards (cost, revenue, profitability)
- Provide insights for management decision-making

Financial Controls & Governance




- Review accounting entries, provisions, reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Strengthen financial governance processes
- Drive automation and reporting improvements

Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate with internal & statutory auditors
- Ensure audit closure and compliance
- Prepare audit schedules and documentation

Required Skills

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Budgeting, MIS, FP&A;
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA / SAP FICO
- Advanced Excel & Power BI
- Experience in ERP-driven environment

Experience:
- 5-8 years post-CA experience
- Manufacturing/Automotive industry preferred
- Exposure to high-volume transactions & multi-location reporting
