We are hiring Air Travel Support Consultants for a global travel support process. The role involves assisting international travelers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, disruptions and emergency travel requirements while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle travel-related queries and provide end-to-end support to international air travelers.
- Assist with flight bookings, cancellations, delays, rebooking, refunds and itinerary changes.
- Handle ticketing, reissues and exchanges accurately as per airline and process guidelines.
- Work on Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for travel-related transactions.
- Interpret fares and apply appropriate ticketing rules and procedures.
- Handle travel requirements for Canada and USA points of sale.
- Manage commission-related processes and BSP Billing & Settlement Plan activities.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently,



especially during after-hours and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer requests.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting process and productivity standards.
- Work comfortably in a 24/7 rotational shift setting, including predominantly night shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in leisure travel, corporate travel, airline support or travel-related customer service.
- Experience in after-hours/emergency travel support or travel call-center operations will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with GDS platforms such as Sabre and Amadeus.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Ticketing procedures
- Reissues & exchanges
- Fare interpretation
- Flight bookings and itinerary changes
- Cancellations and refunds
- Canada & USA point-of-sale processes
- BSP Billing & Settlement Plan
- Excellent
