Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with 4–8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, support, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge in one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules and hands-on technical expertise in integrations, reporting, data migration, and configurations.

The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Configure and support one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:
- Payroll
- Talent Management
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Compensation Management
- Learning
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.




- Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to resolve business issues.

Technical Responsibilities
- Develop and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Create and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL data loads, and Rapid Formulas.
- Develop OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
- Support data migration, conversions, and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across Oracle HCM modules.

Required Skills

Functional Skills
- Experience in at least one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM business processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and testing.
- Exposure to implementation, rollout, upgrade, or AMS engagements.

Technical Skills
- HDL / HSDL
- HCM Extracts
- OTBI
- BI Publishe
