SCOPE OF THE JOB

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate design development in alignment with client, tenant, and operator requirements.
2. Ensure design deliverables meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
3. Support integration of architectural, engineering, and specialist designs.

Operational Responsibilities

1. Track design development progress and drawing issuance.
2. Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications for compliance with approved DBR and guidelines.
3. Coordinate material approvals, shop drawings, mock-ups, and samples.
4. Maintain drawing registers, GFC logs, and approval trackers.
5. Participate in design coordination meetings and client interactions.

People Management

1. Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
2. Promote team-oriented problem-solving and design clarity.
3. Share knowledge and best practices across teams.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Educational Qualification
- B.Arch

Experiences

8-10 years of experience in design coordination with PMC / developer organizations
