Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete HR operations at the project/site level.

Handle recruitment,



manpower planning and employee lifecycle activities.

Manage payroll, PF and statutory compliance.

Handle PMS, KRA & KPI implementation.

Manage MIS, employee relations and grievance handling.

Handle cost control and manpower-related activities.

Manage contract labour and site HR requirements.

Lead and manage a team of 45 HR members.

Ensure compliance with applicable Maharashtra labour laws.

Coordinate with project and management teams for smooth HR operations.
