Job Description: Duty Medical Officer / Resident Medical Officer (DMO/RMO)

Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: MBBS (TNMC Registered)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as DMO/RMO in India
- Age: Below 30 years
- Sound clinical knowledge in emergency & general patient management
- Ability to handle emergencies, resuscitation & critical care situations
- Good knowledge of hospital protocols, documentation & consent procedures
- Ability to work under pressure in a 24x7 critical-care workplace
- Quick clinical decision-making & prioritization skills
- Good coordination with consultants, nursing & paramedical staff
- Willingness for rotational shift duty (day/night/on-call)
- Documentation & compliance discipline (case sheets, MLC, NABH audits)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide round-the-clock medical coverage for inpatients, ER & critical care areas
- Attend to emergencies, initiate first-line treatment & stabilize patients
- Conduct rounds, monitor patient condition & update case sheets/records




- Coordinate with consultants for treatment plans & escalate critical cases promptly
- Handle Medico-Legal Cases (MLC) as per hospital & legal protocol
- Ensure timely administration of medications & treatment as prescribed
- Supervise nursing/paramedical staff during emergencies & procedures
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation & discharge summaries
- Support NABH/regulatory audits with proper case documentation
- Respond immediately to code blue/emergency calls across departments

Salary:
- Reasonable Salary based on Experience and Qualification. Purely negotiable.
