Job Description:

We are looking for a confident communicator with strong public speaking, sales, and business development skills to represent our company at colleges and generate business through Upwork bidding.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit colleges and conduct workshops, seminars, and presentations.
- Promote our company and training programs to students.
- Confidently interact with audiences and deliver qualified pitches.
- Build relationships with colleges, faculty, and placement teams.
- Handle Upwork bidding, client communication, and lead generation.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business.

Requirements
- Excellent communication & public speaking skills
- Strong presentation, pitching, sales, and convincing abilities
- Experience in college workshops/public speaking preferred




- Hands-on knowledge of Upwork bidding and sales
- Confident, professional, and target-oriented personality
- Good client handling and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for college visits
