Role Overview:

The Project Engineer will be responsible for the execution and coordination of all civil finishing and interior works at the project site. This includes managing quality, timelines, and coordination with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure high standards of workmanship and design fidelity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute finishing works such as masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, false ceilings, joinery, and faade treatments.
- Oversee interior fit-out works including partitions, flooring, ceiling systems, and MEP coordination.
- Interpret architectural and interior drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to design intent and material specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for timely execution.




- Prepare and maintain snag lists and ensure timely closure.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of civil and interior finishing techniques and materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with architectural detailing and interior design coordination.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to resolve site-level technical and coordination issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
