About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Team Lead who will own end-to-end demand generation and lead acquisition strategies for HBG, CommuneX, ExpertsConsult, HBG Unite, and other digital properties. The ideal candidate should have a strong B2B marketing background with expertise in multi-channel campaigns, marketing automation, account-based marketing, conversion optimization, and analytics.
This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between marketing activities and revenue generation by creating scalable campaigns that deliver qualified business leads.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual lead generation strategies.
- Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through organic and paid channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.




- Build and optimize marketing funnels for different business verticals.

Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
- LinkedIn
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Email Marketing
- Webinars
- Partnerships
- Referral Programs
- Industry Events
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Build targeted campaigns for enterprise accounts.
- Create personalized outreach strategies for decision-makers.
- Coordinate with business teams for account nurturing.

Marketing Automation
- Manage CRM workflows.
- Build email nurture sequences.
- Implement lead scoring.
- Design automated customer journeys.

Landing Pages & CRO
- Work with designers and developers to build high-converting landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing.
- Optimize conversion rates using analytics and user behavior data.

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs using GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.
- Prepare weekly and monthly das
